As we’ve seen higher education institutions close their doors in record numbers, affecting thousands of students across the U.S., our infrastructure and diversity of academic programming has made our community of universities and colleges a powerful choice for many of those impacted. This year we were able to support nearly 1,000 students from one institution with transfer options and programmatic teach-outs.
TCS continues to move toward streamlining administrative processes under one platform. The core of the Human Capital Management Workday system was implemented in 2016. This laid the groundwork for opportunities to drive more effective systems and innovation for TCS and college business processes. The transition has continued to advance as scheduled with the launch of the Advanced Compensation and Human Resources modules.

The third TCS Biennial Board Conference offered trustees and leadership the opportunity to serve the local Pasadena community while also discussing topics related to academic innovation, completion of Vision 2020, and the development of Horizon 2025 while we celebrated our Decade of Difference.
This year our Military Outreach Team entered into 17 key partnerships with military installations across the country. These new partnerships serve to develop enrollment opportunities for active-duty service members, reservists, veterans, and associated family members. The Department of Defense Memorandum of Understanding (DoD MOU) agreement entered into with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Reserve Affiliates, and National Guard remains in good standing.
